David Jaffe, MBA, is SubjectToClimate's Chair and co-founder. Prior to his retirement in 2019, he was Chair and CEO of Ascena Retail Group, a public holding company of women's specialty retail brands. He holds a BA/BSE from the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and brings 6 years at SubjectToClimate plus more than 30 years serving on boards, including the Connecticut Chapter and Latin America Region of The Nature Conservancy. Fun fact: he's an avid hiker with his dogs.
